This registration page is for clinicians who have applied to FMF Program Training, been accepted by the FMF Program Office and The Florida Training Institute, and who have paid to receive training. This portal provides access to proprietary FMF Program materials, required to deliver the intervention.

After you have submitted your registration, you should receive an email from WordPress notifying you when your access is provided. You will only be granted access to those portions of the FMF Program that you are trained to deliver. Please contact us if you have any questions.
